Hale o Kekuewa is a duplex configured as mirrored studio units, each with its own full kitchen, bath living and sleeping areas and closets.  Each unit has a queen-size bed and futon sofa sleeper and can accommodate a family of four comfortably.  Each unit is fully furnished with kitchen appliances and utensils as well as linens and towels.  An enormous, covered lanai with views to the ocean joins the two units.  Many of our guests enjoy watching the ocean while dining on the lanai.

UNITS

Newly built (2007) and fully furnished duplex home with two studio configured units.  Studio units may be rented individually.  A locked door separating the two units may be opened for guests renting both units.

RATES

$250 per night per unit plus applicable taxes (4.712% G.E.T. and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Taxes)

$100 cleaning fee per unit/visit

Deposit/Guarantee Requirements

50% of total lodging cost is required to secure your reservation.  Checks will need to clear before we confirm your reservation.   At this time we are not accepting credit cards.

Cancellation/No-show Policies

You may cancel without penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival.  A 1 night room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation received on or less than 15 days prior to the arrival date (Hawaii Standard Time).  A reservation that was not honored is considered a no-show and the advance deposit will be forfeited.

Room rates are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% and Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25%).  Fees subject to change.

Minimum Night Stay Policy

There is a 3 Night Minimum stay policy.  We are closed during the winter holiday season, generally between December 20 and January 5.
